So we also would want to stay there again, but we didn't have time. Please let the honest and nice staff know of our gratefulness for a very positive stay. The breakfast choices are gorgeous and scrumptious with cakes and the usually good variation, as for instance.

The hotel feels very cozy. It isn't located in the center, but 10 minutes by tram to downtown. Breakfast was sufficient and the hotel restaurant with lobby bar, where I could use Wi-Fi interenet was an excellent place for refreshment. For the money I paid, I got more than I expected. I can really recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel is great. The room was very clean. Also, it has a TV with internet access, so before sleeping you can put on Youtube or any other web. The breakfast, of the best, was very rich and there was a lot of variety. The location is perfect. Right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop that drops you off in the very center in 15 minutes. The area where the hotel is located is very good, with many shops and restaurants.
We arrived at 12h and they didn't let us check in until 14h (we can understand this, in many hotels it's like that, but in the ones we had been to until now they didn't give us any problem for checking in before). Even so, they let us keep our bags there until we came back, and we went to visit Prague in the meantime . What I liked the least was the noise you could hear from the room. Every time someone left their room you could hear the door slam (they are doors that close by themselves if you let them go), when someone passed through the corridor.. Everything, even waking up at 7 in the morning because of the noises. . The bed is very big but a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere and a good breakfast selection. The lack of air conditioning in some rooms and noise from nearby trams could affect comfort, particularly during the summer. It's suitable for families looking for a convenient location, but improvements in room amenities could enhance the experience.

The location of the hotel is not in the city centre, but it is in a pleasant residential area and easy accessible by public transport - 3 tram stops on the main street and metro station is in walking distance. It is easy to get to all main attractions. There are a lot of nice local restaurants just around and 10 minutes walk up towards the 2 parks that have splendid views over Prague and an elegant beer garden. The street the hotel is on has all the local shops that you might want. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable.

No Wi-Fi in the room, just the lobby

When I left a message for my husband because I had to leave for a dinner in the evening, the message was not transmitted to him. They tried only but phone when he was not in his room but they did not leave any note or announcemnet at the desk or the room. My husband went to another location that night and because I was in a group he was less worried. But it was my first time in Prague, I did not know the city and anything could have happen. We did not have a movil telephone to communicate. The hotel was the only way to communicate. Next day the message was not yet deliver. This can be very serious. There should be ways in which there is a note or a sign (some hotels has a red light in the telephone) to indicate that there is a message for the person.

- 1) I had read at the web site that the hotel should have all rooms with wooden floor, which was the reason for choosing this hotel, because of asthma. This was not true! The first thing I noticed, when opening the door of the room, was a broadloom carpet on the floor. - 2) The lamps in the toilet and the bathroom was automaticly put on/cut off (no switcher), which meant that when one was standing in the shower, it suddenly got dark and you had to open the door of the shower-cabin to wave with the arm ! - 3) One has to pay a price (90 CZK per day) to use the safebox in the room and 20 CZK to keep ones luggage in a special room at the hotel, after checking out. Will I put up at this hotel again, when coming to Prague next time: NO!

We didnt find the staff to that nice actually quite rude at some points espaically the day we checked out, the ladie in the morning gave me quite alot of attitude which wasnt needed. The only lady on reception that was nice and willing to help had long black and quite tall so hopefully you come across her. The breakfast was good quite a good selection. The Hotel is very close to a train line and tram lines and if you dont mind the walk its about a 15min walk from the hotel to the centre of old town in prague. The we stayed in was good wouldnt like to be there on really hot days as the aircon didnt work and the only air ventiliation was the window which we didnt mind. Overall the room is good for a short stay.

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and the location is great for us - walking distance of the Tipsport Arena and easy to reach the city centre by tram or underground. Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant staff,
We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and have unfortunately noticed that certain aspects of this hotel have deteriorated. Firstly, we were originally put in a room right next door to the hall in which there was a party on the night we arrived. We complained and were allocated a (much smaller) alternative room which was better. We could still hear the noise of the party until well after midnight but this was not as bad as being located right next to it. This is the second time we have had to move our room in this hotel due to noise from a party. We do not mind parties but, could hotel management please finally realise that, if you have a party on that night, please do not put guests who are not attending the party in the rooms close by. This is especially so as we stayed during an off peak period when there were plenty of other rooms. Secondly, we noticed that the (previously excellent) breakfast was not of the same quality. Food and drink were not being topped up as often as before - we often had to wait a long time for the coffee to drip out of the urn because there was very little in there. Also the cooked breakfasts were not kept as warm as before. They were often cold by the time we got back to our table. The breakfast room was also very much on the cold side this year, making the problem with cold food more obvious.

I needed to book a hotel in the vicinity of the Prague Ruzyne airport. Moreover, I have air-born allergies (dust, dust mites, mold, pollen) and need to be especially careful. I stayed at Belvedere a couple of days and would definitely recommend this hotel to guests with allergies. I particularly appreciated the flexible and friendly hotel staff, excellent cleaning service, a sunny wooden-floored room, great connection to airport and city centre, stable internet access at room (the hotel had multiple routers). Given my health risks I also appreciated that the room was not air conditioned. My allergy rating (on a scale 1 to 5, 5 the best): room - 4.5/5, bathroom - 4.5/5, lobby - 2/5 (smokers, air conditioned), other - 5/5.
I missed sockets at the room, the bathroom was rather small and required some reparations, modernisation.
